Sandy is named "HR Consultant of the Year" by Tampa Bay Human Resources, 2019.

​Sandy Zannino is the founder of Innovative Auto HR LLC. A dedicated and passionate human resources professional, Sandy is a process-based problem solver.

​She is all about customer experience, profit protection, equity & fun!  She creates customized and efficient HR processes, lowering expenses, and allowing dealers the freedom from transactional human resources—​so they can get back to the business of selling cars!
